I cannot say enough good things about Toole Auto Body. The entire team was attentive, responsive, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. They somehow made going to the body shop a pleasant (almost fun) experience. The office staff was fantastic, and the communication throughout the entire repair process went far beyond my expectations. I always knew what was happening, where things stood, and what to expect next. They kept me informed without me ever having to chase anyone down for an update. The quality of the repair work was equally impressive. The finished result was absolutely beautiful, and the attention to detail was obvious. The bodywork is seamless, the paint match is perfect, and everything looks exactly as it did before the accident (possibly even better). It is clear that the technicians take tremendous pride in their work and are committed to doing the job correctly. I’m almost looking forward to my next fender bender just so I have the opportunity to work with them again! I highly recommend Toole Auto Body.

I’ve had work done twice now at Toole’s and couldn’t have been happier with the outcome each time. They do great repairs and paint jobs as well as treat you so kindly. Mike the owner is such a nice and honest guy. He and his secretary were even helpful when I was having difficulty with my insurance company. I will continue to use them in the future and refer them to my family and friends. Great place to take your vehicles!

Absolutely outstanding service! I can’t recommend this auto body shop enough. The owner and an employee went above and beyond to ensure my car was well taken care of. The repair itself was flawless—my vehicle looks as good as new. It’s rare to find such professionalism, expertise, and genuine care these days. The manager, Gary has great customer service! I messed up my bumper and thought I was in for a new bumper. Gary got me in the following day, had the repair made quickly and at a very reasonable price. Toole's did a great job and I would definitely recommend them.

I had to have my car repaired after an accident, and found that Toole was on one of the approved body shops for the insurance company. Having seen their work when I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I knew my car was in good hands. The entire experience was great from start to finish; they kept me updated on what was going on with the car along with pictures, and updated me when they found more damage and what to expect. I am very picky about my vehicles, and I was very happy with the work that was done. I would recommend Toole Auto Body for any of your auto body needs should they arise.
